01 Discovery.

We carry out a thorough analysis of all available customer data to understand processes, structures and challenges. Together with you, we use a proprietary customer journey mapping model to record and structure all interactions with your customers. The customer groups are clearly segmented based on profiles and personas.

02 Problem.

03 Solution.

Based on the initial discovery, we identify the most important problems that can be solved with the help of AI. These are either already known within the company or are shown together in the form of benchmarking. We enrich existing data points using tried-and-tested analysis methods and create an initial assessment that shows the weak points but also the opportunities and provides proof of concept. At the end of this phase, “problem statements” are formulated.
