Role Overview:

You’ll work on both the front- and backend of our AI Hyper-Agent platform, enabling seamless enterprise integration, modern admin experiences, and highly interactive user workflows.


You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI Engineering teams to ship elegant and performant experiences across our Admin Console, customer-facing agent frontends, dashboards, and integration layers.


We are looking for someone who writes clean, modern TypeScript, knows how to build robust APIs and enjoys pushing the envelope of next-gen enterprise UX—particularly using tools like Next.js, Shadcn, and custom React component libraries.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, full stack features across our AI SaaS platform (Next.js + Node.js)

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and interface with third-party APIs (Microsoft Graph, CRMs, OpenAI, etc.)

• Develop modern, responsive frontend components using TypeScript, Shadcn, and TailwindCSS

• Translate complex backend logic and AI agent states into intuitive admin UIs and customer dashboards

• Collaborate with Product and AI Engineering to prototype, test, and refine new interaction patterns

• Ensure security, performance, and reliability across the stack

• Contribute to code quality, architecture decisions, and internal documentation

• Participate in sprints, code reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions

• Debug, optimize, and iterate based on customer and internal feedback


Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full stack development experience in SaaS or web application environments

• Deep experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend

• Proficiency in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript/ES6+ standards

• Experience in Python

• Strong styling skills with TailwindCSS and familiarity with Shadcn component libraries

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs; knowledge of API design best practices

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure session management

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization, and modern DevOps practices

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile, fast-paced environments

• Strong communication and documentation skills


Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating Microsoft tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Graph API)

• Familiarity with OpenAI or GenAI APIs and their use in frontend/backend applications

• Understanding of serverless infrastructure and backend services (e.g., Vercel, Azure Functions, Firebase)

• Exposure to analytics platforms, observability tools, or state management libraries

• Basic knowledge of LLM-based architectures, vector databases, or AI agent interfaces
