Role overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies across all relevant channels. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s online presence, optimizing performance metrics, and ensuring campaigns align with our overall business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated online marketing campaigns to support business objectives.

  • Manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies.

  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior to optimize conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.

  • Monitor digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge marketing strategy.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing automation and CRM integration.

  • Continuously measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and brand growth.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing tactics.

  • Experience with marketing automation, email workflows, and CRM systems.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
